Spirit of giving is open to Venango County residents with children aged 0 - 18! During the holiday season, Community Services operates the annual Spirit of Giving campaign. Dedicated volunteers monitor the Giving Tree, offer shopping bags for mall customers, and wrap their purchased Christmas gifts (for a small donation).
