Our Car Seat Loaner Program loans all types of seats, from rear-facing to backless boosters. Families or individuals are able to call to set an appointment (one per family) to receive an appropriate seat for their child based on weight, height, age, and developmental level. A one-time $20 dollar deposit is required at the time of the seat installation. Once the child outgrows the seat, the next appropriate seat is provided. The car seat is then returned when the child outgrows all seats. If the final seat is returned in good working condition, the family is refunded half of the original deposit- $10. If the car seat is in an accident, the family must report it to Community Services and return it: they will be issued a new seat at no cost.
